Rules and Regulations The mall management asks that you take a moment to become familiar with our policies. Westbrook Mall reserves the right to amend and modify mall rules and regulations at any time. SMOKING Westbrook Mall offers a smoke-free environment in compliance with all government legislation RESTRICTED MALL AREAS Being in restricted mall areas such as back corridors without mall permission is prohibited DISTRIBUTING LITERATURE Distributing printed materials on mall property and/or soliciting of any kind is strictly prohibited VEHICLES Leaving vehicles on mall property overnight without mall permission is prohibited MOBILITY DEVICES Motorized wheelchairs or medical scooters must be operated at low speeds to ensure the safety of all visitors EATING & REST AREAS Please refrain from abuse or damage of mall property or prolonged use of food court tables and mall seating LOITERING Unauthorized loitering is prohibited including sitting in the Food Court for extended periods of time with no food or drink AUDIO & VIDEO EQUIPMENT Personal entertainment and electronic devices may only be operated at acceptable levels and locations. Photo and/or video devices may only be used with prior approval from Mall Management APPROPRIATE ATTIRE Unauthorized attire that may be considered objectionable, constitutes a disguise and/or intention to conceal identity, are not permitted DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOUR Running, skateboarding, rollerblading, littering, profane language, horseplay, fighting, mischief, vandalism or unsafe bicycle operation is prohibited. Westbrook Mall reserves the right to administer and enforce all mall rules and policies in accordance with the provisions of the Trespass to Premises Act of Alberta. PROHIBITED Roller shoes, rollerblading, biking, skateboarding are PROHIBITED Security Surveillance video recording equipment in use NO PETS - except for Service Dogs SHIRTS & SHOES REQUIRED This is a SMOKE FREE environment - In accordance with regional and provincial laws No soliciting or trespassing No Cameras or recording devices are permitted
